He could have said something more normal like he planed to start up a used gym uniform recycle shop.

To make a long comment short. This is another step in the direction of escalation by both Japan and China. It's becoming a military chess game. Your move next China. Check mate means direct confrontation. It seems to be right over the horizon and everyone may lose unless they come to their senses and realize what could happen.

I can't be sure if there is but the cities should have a program that would educate pregnant woman and their husbands regarding this type of infanticide and child killings so that someone would come to the assistance of a parant with these problems.

China is playing a game of economic poker. Since they hold some very high cards, they believe the other players will just fold. Still as in poker, a bluff can end up in a challenge. It would be wise for China to play it safe.

Posted in: Denny’s Japan to serve ‘the most delicious food in the world’ See in context

I believe 7 & I corporation bought Denny's up many years ago. While they left the US group untouched, they modified the ones here to suit the natives. They had a burger once but dropped that. It was mediocre at most. The company kept the Denny's logo only. Most family restaurants here are very clean and the service is polite with no tipping which is nice. But that's about it. Maybe when the Olympics comes around, they may include something from their US chain.

Either it took too long to fish him out or he got injured severely somehow. Not a very good pleasure boat to be on.

Recently, because of a painful sciatica problem, I was prescribed certain pain killers. After going to sleep as usual, I begin to have incredibly vivid dreams. I'm sure others have had the same response to these drugs.

I wish the debate would be televised worldwide. Maybe we could see it in Japan. Fu may be a good spokes woman for China but the world now sees China as the big bully of Asia and not Japan.

What happens on holidays in Japan? Of course you know the answer. People leave their homes, go out and spend money. Now isn't that a smart way to get money moving around? Oh, except that everywhere you go it's too crowded.

Posted in: Norovirus detected at Capital Hotel Tokyu See in context

Buffet food is exposed to customers who do not wear gloves and often we find children handling food carelessly besides adults. Spoons and thongs may be contaminated by people with dirty hands so it may be difficult to put the blame on the staff. Most restaurant restrooms do not have hot water on tap for washing hands here.

Japan is not the only country that will support an ally under attack. Look around the Asian area. We see only China and North Korea against all the other asian countries. Japan need not stand alone unless it really wants to.
