There's no reason why Qatar should be hosting. It should have been the US. The number of Americans who purchased WC tickets in 98 was twice the population of Qatar. That includes reading and writing, NOT JUST home conversations. Otherwise one language will automatically be dominant and your kid will be conversational in the other language with varying degrees of non-native accent.
