Most of the companies do not allow employees to telework , public transport is as usual while government say current emergency measures will reduce the people engagement by 80%. LOL

This is just a advise, not emergency declaration. Only a few companies ask their employees to work from. Majority of companies want their employees to travel every day in public transport and come to office. In my company, authority sent a mail saying that they are not promoting remote working. These kind of advisory restrictions not going to save Japan.
