Having read and reread the transcript of Mr. Dixon's speech, it doesn't seem bad at all. I've heard worse by schoolkids at a playground. Mr. Dixon delivered a message in the most polite way imaginable. There was no foul language, no rant, just a plea. No one was hurt, nothing was broken.
Trump's reaction to it is like a kid's mom lambasting another kid who just called her kid a name. Pence sounds like he went home crying to Trump for having his feelings hurt. I can't believe this is the type of weak-willed people we will have filling our country's top two positions.
