You wish. Small businesses that maybe importing or exporting in any sanctioned nations are actually scapegoats as well. To put a price tag on these 'organizations' it could range from US$500 local stores- US$1 bil companies. Imagine small businesses in the Gaza Strip affected by latest round of sanctions.

Heh, even if your scenario is accurate it still doesn't make any add up since the biggest bully in the region is not IRAN.

SIR, you have deliberately missed key points on your quoted report. The sell-off was triggered by OBAMACARE but this was just an excuse for a quick exit. The fact is growth has not been strong enough in the US. China effectively reduced its US bond holdings late 2009 to early 2010 ... And because of this JAPAN is now the largest sovereign holder of US T-bonds.

Israel was "created" in 1947 by a UN resolution so there's not much renegade about it. The immediate and reoccuring attacks by the Arab states, which obviously didn't care a whit for UN resolutions back then, resulted in resounding defeats and the conquest of new territory by Israel.
