Actually it isn't. actually it is, decisions are made by a majority vote by its members that the basis of a democracy. Japan even went to the ICJ and lost, but still followed the courts ruling. Why do you think Japan hasnt left already, because it still follows the basic principle of democracy, but now it cant get it way it may decide to change its mind and leave.

China doesn't have the upper hand in this, both of our countries are so connected financially, that it's a washout the China needs the US just as much as the US needs China, we are their biggest consumer of their junk and if we're out, nighty night. exactly but Trump can seem to understand this, itll be nighty night China will loose 10~20million jobs happend before during last GFC, and nothing changed in China. Chinese people accepted it and the government kept on ruling. Now try that scenario with Trump and well see if he can make it two terms. The long game China will eventually win in the end and take its place as the worlds largest consumer market and economic power. Fortunately Trump wont be able to do anything about it.

Probably won't happen as China is a huge fan of American technology, always has been. probably will if it becomes a full on trade war. Airbus makes equally technological advanced planes and is willing to cooperate with China. China has already shown its willing to punish Japan/Korea over trade in their country, Trump just need to keep on escalating and hell see just how strong China has become economically.

More Japanese firms eager to recruit foreigners, disabled, that are prepared to work mundane jobs at a minimum wage that Japanese wont do. There fixed the title for them. increase the minimum wage by 500yen/hr and give full time employment with benefits and those jobs will be filled very quickly.

so Japanese can't check if a foreign occupying country possibly released radioactive substances in our country? its most likely a low-level radioactive isotope harmless to people. Just of note many smoke detectors in homes use a similar low-level radioactive isotopes, there is more radiation exposure from standing in the sun than what these isotopes radiate

Makes the day to day worthwhile. totally agree, if i was forced to continue living in a J city Id probably opt to leave Japan completely. Now I have a lifestyle similar to living in my home country Ive decided to stay for the foreseeable future. Now all the rest of you please stay in the cities and lets keep the country side underpopulated and relatively stress free. Having said that there are places in Japan that are so rural youd think you were living in the 1800s

And the only way to fix this problem is to ban smoking indoors across the board in all facilities/establishments leaving smokers no place of their own to poison themselves? And the alternative is that you are deprived totally of a social life? Really? no smoking outdoors and in your own home I think is totally acceptable, if some smokers think that not being able to smoke will deprive them of a social life then I truly pity their existence. Heres an idea , how about you do your health , the health of those around you a favor and quit smoking, the recalcitrant attitude of many smokers ironically is hurting themselves the most.

What happened to "Trump slump"? give it time wait till he start office. When/ if he tries to put 45% tariffs on Chinese imports and China retaliates with their own tariffs on US companies , then youll get your slump.

I hope the Democratic Party has learned its lesson. Allowing a flawed candidate to champion them will be a memorable mistake but your assuming that Trump isnt flawed, he still has to navigate the mine field of sexual harassment child molestation charges, then there the Trump university scam and the IRS audit. Whether he gets a reprieve from it as president or when his term is over, its still there and the outcome of those cases will reflect on him as a good president or not. Clinton is just a footnote in history now, whether shes found guilty or not she doesn't have to contest it as POTUS or a former president.

Sure it could, but is extremely unlikely to do so....cost of doing so far outweighs the benefits.
