Under the new bill, drivers face a maximum prison term of 15 years if they cause an accident while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or due to a medical condition such as epilepsy

What about if someone is driving and then suddenly from out of the blue he/she suffers from a stroke?

Posted in: Do you consider the A-bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki to be war crimes? See in context

In 1945, the atomic bomb was originally supposed to be dropped on Nazi Germany.

But before it was completed, they surrendered to the Allies & Soviets.

So they decided to move on to Imperial Japan, the last remaining Axis power.

War crime or not, it was still considered to be a brutal strategy of warfare at the time.

I still have condolences for the innocent children & non-combatants who were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.

This is probably why no other nation made the decision to use such a weapon again.
