Shinzo Abe should not stick his nose in other people’s business. Mr. Abe has no business in the South China Sea. Again, there is no dispute over South China Sea. When Philippine and Vietnam ratified the treaty between Japan and Republic of China, herein after ROC. Both Philippine and Vietnam relinquished their sovereignty over the South China Sea. Mr. Aquino III undoubtedly understand that there is no disputed in South China Sea when Philippines ratified the 1951 San Francisco treaty which in 1952, Japan renounced all right, title and claim to the Spratly and Paracel Islands to the Republic of China (Taiwan), by way of Article 2 of the bilateral Japan–Taiwan (ROC) Treaty of Taipei. This treaty followed — and referenced — the territorial renunciations of the Islands by Japan under the 1951 San Francisco Peace Treaty. Under this treaty, only China or Taiwan (ROC) has sovereignty over South China Sea. As such any island occupied in South China Sea by Philippine or Vietnam is considered occupying force. It will legally jeopardize for China when occupied forces to bring a suit against lawful a territorial owner of China or Taiwan (ROC).

Who is a real threat to Asian Continent security? Not China and It is the United States and Philippine. Philippines, under Mr. Aquino III whom incited by President Obama’s administration, are more blustering and overbearing behavior against its neighbors. Filipinos usurps American power to bully and harass its neighbors, such as violently attacks or unlawfully and barbarically seizes Taiwanese fishing boats and even invasion and attempts to occupy Malaysia’s island, under the acquiescence their American cohort. If the United States has a strong interest in preservation of peace and security in the South China Sea, then, the United States should not involve in the conflicts.

Characteristics will not be changed because of times or environment. The United States should not use Japan as a pawn for the purpose of China containment in the game of chess. The United States will be a loser by moving an undesirable pawn without thinking through the consequence. Yes, Japan needs US to orchestrate and perform extensive beautification and plastic surgery. Japan harbors the sinister hope that after such a disguise it may successfully unshackle itself from its ugly, brutal past and culturally ruthless, ultra-right extremist to achieve its ambition of territorial expansion and aggression against its neighbors again. Japanese leaders know very well that in order to satisfy its superiority complex and achieve dominant superpower status on the international stage, Japan must possess the basic capability to consistently and forcibly infringe on, exploit and take from its neighbors against their will the resources it needs, whether it be oil, minerals, human labor, territory etc. President Obama may not have a sufficient understanding wisdom that Japan will eventually challenge the U.S. superpower status and Japan will not hesitate to re-occupy Guam and attack Hawaii again if Japan has a chance as Japan deep in its heart believes Guam and Hawaii was illegally occupied by US.

Japanese soldiers killed a large number of noncombatants and engaged in looting and women were not only raped but brutally tortured and mutilated or even buried Chinese or Korean alive when Japanese invasion of Taiwan, China, Korea and other Asian countries. If you were a Nazi prisoner of war you faced a 4% chance of not surviving the war; (by comparison) the death rate for Allied POWs held by the Japanese was nearly 30%. Shinzo Abe has denied some of the atrocities Japanese committed during the War II and he has continually prayed at the Yasukuni Shrine, which includes convicted Class A war criminals in its honored war dead. Human nature does not change because of the time or the environment. In fact, Japan has repeatedly attempted to minimize Japanese shameful history and wipe its slate clean in order to establish a ground of legitimacy for the pursuit of sinister goals/motives which means to brutally re-occupy its neighbor again.

China has repeated over and over that all commercial vessels will allow sailing through and will be allowed to dock there if it needs to. China also may allow US warships docked there, if it needs to. President Obama is very African American way to deal with any issue. He walks a fine line of illegal or international norm and barely acceptable argument. He is concerned whether he is respected is more crucial than real solution to the problems successfully.

Vietnam and Philippines have been carrying out such reclamation work for years in South China Sea. Why U.S Defense Secretary Ash Carter and U.S media has never criticized the reclamation work of the Philippines and Vietnam, size of reclamations is irrelevant allegation yet a fair and impartial is pertinent to the matter. Now, who is trying to destabilize South China Sea and Asian Continent? It is not China. China is the country that stabilizes Asian Continent.

I don't think that there is any dispute in South China Sea. In 1952, Japan renounced all right, title and claim to the Spratly and Paracel Islands to the Republic of China (Taiwan), by way of Article 2 of the bilateral Japan–Taiwan Treaty of Taipei. This treaty followed — and referenced — the territorial renunciations of the Islands by Japan under the 1951 San Francisco Peace Treaty, which had not identified the beneficiary at the time — a treaty that was ratified by both the Philippine and (South) Vietnamese governments.

It seems to me that President Obama has recklessly resorted to any means to create confusion in the vast majority of the world’s problems to achieve his purpose of dominating the world, and these problems would eventually return to haunt U.S. If the United States tries to create the war or a conflict with China, U.S may not be a winner and China may not be necessarily a loser. U.S, like Taiwan, underestimates Chinese’s will and its ability. If Americans have ever thought that the United States might not have won the war against Japan during World War II, if U.S without Chinese tied down Japanese military and then dropped atomic bomb after Japan attacked Pearl Harbor. Hawaii, California could have been a part of Japan Empire or independent countries under the domination of Japan.

Again, if the United States has a strong interest in preservation of peace and security in the South China Sea, then, the United States should not involve in the conflicts. I have never seen any country which has any good ending as long as U.S and EU involvement in the conflicts. I am a Taiwanese original and I am not taking sides. All my comments are based on the facts through extensive studies and research. President Obama has attempted to instigate all sorts of scenarios that would potentially develop into pretexts for confrontation and conflict with China for purpose of China’s containment.
