Personally, as long as the older brother lives, I think this is hilarious. When push comes to shove, sometimes accidents happen. ~accidents happen: I once accidentally whacked my brother in the eye with a bottle. Bottle didn't break, brother got a shiner. Could have been nasty if the bottle broke. My excuse was that brother was tickling me severely when I happened to have a bottle in my hand. Natural reaction occurred.
I knew a guy who shot HIS brother with a .22 short. In the leg. As a warning. ....they both had a lot of explaining to do to their father. "it was an accident, honest!"....
