If something concrete or positive came out of those meetings than Trump would have flooded his social site with details instead of resorting to his same old nonsense of claiming “ Big Progress “ without actually saying what the progress was ( there was none in reality )!

There is another person commenting on this article who despite getting downvoted overwhelmingly ( usually 1 self issued upvote and the remaining 15 plus and counting downvotes ) who tries to go out of their way to make sense and justify the lunacy of Trump that will eventually cause the greatest recession ever with people unable to buy basic needs globally! Even if you like Trump ( had voted for him passionately or reluctantly ) a little bit of common sense will show you that his economic policies are all garbage. If you can’t realize that then you are beyond recover as you’ve joined the Trump cult too deeply!

Trump and his tantrums…lol ! He announces crazy unrealistic tariffs and then pauses them on the day it’s supposed to come onto effect. He has done that 3 times already this year starting with the Canada / Mexico tariffs. He’ll do the same again after 90 days… announce crazy policies and then pause it for a few days.., that’s his style! It’s only the markets, economy and middle to low income earners who suffer the consequences of his irresponsible behavior!

Any form of cash handout should be across the board ( for every citizen and permanent resident ) since they all pay taxes. It shouldn’t be given to a selected few on the grounds of low income. Everyone should get it equally.

Yoon had this coming for a while. Firstly, he didn’t prioritize the South Korean people and their integrity and he was more focused on pleasing the Japanese Government than his own people. Then came his impeachment and instead of just moving aside he used the presidential security forces to remain in power. But even so at least he didn’t call for riots and violence like the idiot president of a certain country did on Jan 6th, 2021 and then the idiot voters of the same country voted to make him president again 4 years later bring about the chaos, release of Jan 6 rioters, and dooming the economy.

I don’t know why people are so surprised by this! Trump had said this numerous times during the election campaign and people voted for him. Now every middle income earners and low income people will suffer the consequences as prices for everything will rise. I for one am glad because it’s these same low income and middle income earners who put Trump into power so they should feel the consequences!

"Japan decides its defense budget by itself," Ishiba said in the Diet. "It should not be decided based on what other nations tell it to do."
Yeah right…lmao! He is just trying to trick the gullible Japanese people by saying that. Everyone knows the reality that The United States of America is the master of Japan and Japan will do as it’s told by The USA!

Majority of Americans voted for him to reduce the price of groceries.. lol ! These fools have no idea of how the economy functions and how raising tariffs will only make the price higher because the extra cost is passed down to the customer. Trump had no clear economic policy and was just blowing hot air to prime up voters before the election. Now these voters have to face the harsh consequences of their actions as cost of living will become unbearable. The sad part of this is that Trumps millionaire cronies and Russia are the only people benefiting from the mess Trump is dragging America through. Well done America for destroying yourself from the inside!

Seiyu was much cheaper compared to most other supermarkets during the 2010 - 2018 era. But then its prices started to go up and became higher than other supermarkets and in the process they lost many customers. Also they used yo have reasonably priced products from abroad ( I remember buying 2 Liters bottle of 100% cranberry juice for 450¥ until 2018 but then they stopped selling it. Also used to buy Tide laundry detergent, ice cream from abroad, peanut butter, and also rice from Australia for such bargains. All these are no longer being sold in Seiyu.

She got excited and kissed the star she loves on his neck or cheek. What's all the fuss about with the police? He showed his discontent. Just move on.
If a South Korean citizen had done the exact same thing to a Japan idol then the Japanese police and prosecutors would have done the same. Unwanted kisses are a form of sexual harassment and the perpetrators need to be prosecuted.
Also, if a man had planted an unwanted kiss on an idol or celebrity then all hell would have broken loose.
Its because of people such as you who take these things too lightly and try to shrug it off that sexual harassment is becoming a norm these days!

Seems like a bit of overreach going on here.
Yes, this woman is a total embarrassment, and being in her 50s should be acting her age, but an international summon for questioning over "sexual harassment"?

Where are these kids parents. Who allows their kids to roam the streets at 4am. Come on parents. Control your children.
Parents these days have a near impossible task of controlling their children because of all the human rights stuff etc! Most parents aren’t even allowed to verbally scold their children as it’s illegal to do so! Those of us who were born in the 1970’s or 80’s grew up in the real world where parents were hard on us ( gave us a slap or 2 to keep us in line…lol ! ) and this made us stronger mentally and physically!

Foreigners using this bank should be very careful since they have stopped the English operator assistance phone call services and have started cancelling some other popular English services. It seems like they are going backwards and looking at the declining Japanese population the banks actions doesn’t make sense. They should be increasing the English services to gain more foreign customers instead of reducing those. To make matters worse for this bank is the fact that most Japanese people won’t even become customers with this bank since their go to banks are Mizuho, MUFG or SMBC. Japan post bank is a good option for most people these days since it’s upcoming, stable and secure.

The high price of cabbage is mainly in Tokyo and neighboring areas. Most ( not all ) farmers haven’t raised the price of cabbage that they sell but it’s the supermarket and all the mid handlers who have increased the prices. If you go to country side and buy directly from road side farmers you can still get a full big sized cabbage in under 150¥! Just bought 2 big cabbages from a road side farmer ( each costing 120¥ ) while driving back from Yamagata to Tokyo yesterday!
