Maybe I'll try it if I can find it...but I am NOT going out searching for it.

Can't they find anything better to open with than this?

Apparently not...and that's SAD.

Well, it has been proven in the past, and many jokes made about it...the only real way to kill cockroaches are to squash them. Pesticides don't do it. Extreme cold won't do it...they just thaw out again....and they're the only thing that hasn't changed since the dinosaurs roamed the earth. And I hate hate hate them

My jaw hit the floor reading this. Who would have guessed his number was up? He was one of those you liked to say was "the picture of perfection" when he was playing soccer. Wow. My prayers go to his family and those who were closest to him. May he rest in peace.

I hope he does NOT get to 'say his peace' in public. He can NEVER have a good enough reason for murdering all those people...and children, for Gods sake! I think when he confessed, he should have been shot on sight. End of story.

I keep wondering if it will ever end. It's a horrible thing to hear of this happening over and over, but to live through it over and over...I hold the Japanese people in the highest regard for what they have managed to endure. My prayers are with you, as it is all I can do at this time.

Posted in: Rie Hasegawa launches 'Smile and Run' event for tsunami victims See in context

This is a good thing. If anyone here is familiar to the "24 Hour TV" events, they would have an understanding of what this will most likely be like. Names are just something to identify this event by...and yes, perhaps they could have chosen a beter name for this event, but it probably means a sort of marathon...through a park or even several city blocks, to raise money and bring a smile to the faces of those who are in need. Thing is...if the best charities are kept quiet, how would anyone know to donate their time or money? Please try to understand what they are tying to accomplish...step outside of your own little bubble and get an open mind.
