Posted in: SpaceX accused of unlawfully firing employees who were critical of Elon Musk See in context

Happens in every American company where you may be critical of your bosses (Managers) and you'll be out within 2 weeks.

They create a culture of fear even when they say they have an open-door policy.

Just do not enter that door unless you have another job lined.

Just keep your lips sealed.

Airbus has a lot to answer for that the escape doors not opening on a new plane.

Should have been 6 doors minimum, 3 on each side.

Thanks to the crew and flight attendants for saving so many lives.

Deserve a medal.

If the Stop Bar Lighting were unserviceable for a series of taxiway to runway junction, it could confuse someone new to the airport not knowing where to stop.

Will know facts much later.

Kudos to the crew and flight attendants for saving the lives of all on aboard.

It is NOT a American joke to belittle any students.

Never heard of such thing and this person should be encouraging students than torturing them.

This person is NOT a Teacher.

Posted in: Cardio or weights first? A kinesiologist explains how to optimize the order of your exercise routine See in context

I do concurrent training 4 times a week.

I do cardio first as it also seem to loosen my body before I do resistance exercises.

I have tried doing resistance exercises first but am banged up at the end that I do not feel like doing cardio.

Hence, I stick with cardio first and resistance exercises after that.

I am not a body builder but health conscious as I played a number of sports and tried to stay fit since I was young.

Exercise is part of me and I feel fresh.

Posted in: Japan is not only willing to act as a pawn of the United States to disrupt peace and stability in Asia but also has an inherent initiative to seek its own interests by intensifying geopolitical conflicts. See in context

Japan is heading in the wrong direction getting involved in other countries wars.

Not only that, the current Japanese administration had also sought a NATO office but still are a proxy to NATO.

What happened to a country that was regarded as peaceful?

Posted in: Constitution's insurrection clause threatens Trump's campaign See in context

The Colorado Supreme Court read the 14th Amendment word for word (Texturally) and made their judgement based on the text of the Amendment rather that putting words together or making their own interpretations from sentences.

Now, even though the US Supreme Court is lined Conservative 6-3, they dismissed all of Trump's lawsuits to turnover the election results in 2020.

All the lower courts also threw out Trump's lawsuits in 2020 regardless of being Conservative or Demarcates.

Chief Justice Roberts is Conservative but a very fair Justice.

It remains to be seen as to how he will direct the US Supreme Court Justices to read the 14th Amendment. If Texturally, the Trump is toast and will be barred from seeking election.

Here in USA, I do donate my clothes and shoes still good to use to local Cancer society and other Goodwill stores for free.

Regarding USED stuff:

I have a lot of stuff like curtains, lighting, wine coolers, tables, side tables, closets and even doors that are used but in great shape in my house.

There is an online local sales and services privately held company CraigsList where people can advertise stuff.

Posted in: Colorado Supreme Court, in landmark ruling, bans Trump from state’s ballot under insurrection clause See in context

Still a long way to go as the US Supreme Court is heavily lined Conservate 6-3 and could overturn the ruling.

One thing that the Supremes may have to juggle with is if the person has to be CONVICTED for insurrection before being removed from the ballots.

That also may happen next year.

Posted in: 53-year-old woman arrested for assaulting husband See in context

This happens a lot when especially insecure women meet insecure men and will put up with the abuses as afraid to find another man.

In a room of 400 men with 399 good men, the insecure woman will find the one bad apple.

Both depend on each other for their weakness.

Co-dependency harbors bad behavior.

It takes a lot for a woman to separate from an abusive relationship.

Posted in: Tokyo zoo probes possible mass squirrel poisoning See in context

I have a very good relationship with the squirrels that come to my backyard and eat my oranges. There is no waste. They will eat it from the inside out and leave the orange on the fence to finish later.

They have very good eyesight. I have windows that no human can see inside my house but they can see me from the outside.

When I am sitting in my living room, they will bring the orange to the fence outside my dinning room and eat it there and they can see me from dinning room window.

When I am outside in the backyard, they do not run away as they know I will not harm them.

BTW, I also have snakes that come to my backyard and they also know I will not harm them and they enjoy their sunbathing on the grass!

Ah, "Article 11 stipulates that Japanese citizens automatically lose their nationality upon acquiring a foreign one."

So a foreigner who has a Japanese passport will NOT lose their country's nationality and passport and can be dual passport holders.

This needs to be tested in courts.

I just cannot see him pitching again as tendons get weaker with each surgery,

He can bat for a few years before the same elbow breaks down.

He may not get the big contract he is expecting or will get one with injury considerations for the club to opt out of the contract. Player will have to carry injury insurance, so the club does not have to pay the player when injured.
