Irrelevant, since anti-semites determine Jews by lineage, not by what each person believes. Listen to how they frame it - the talk about "the Jews" as a collective. Jesus was born a Jew and all of his first followers were likely Jews as well. People who seek to divide the world into themselves and "the others" will avoid this point, but it is an obvious contradiction for many.
Judaism is complicated like that, it's an ethnicity and a religion tied into one. Jesus was ethnically and religiously Jewish but he ultimately split with his faith to create a new one.

Never can get over the irony of Christians who hate Jews but follow one as their messiah. With no sense of contradiction.
The Buddha was a Hindu but not really. Same with Jesus. He severely disagreed with the direction that Judaism was going on and Judaism didn't change to match his teachings.

To be fair, TV news anchors mostly just read the news too. This isn't much different, they've just cut down on their overhead and do so in bite-sized videos that appeal to modern people's lack of attention span.

The unintended result of helmet mandates in North America is that there has been a sharp reduction in bicycle use among children which has contributed to the epidemic of obesity.
This, wearing a bicycle helmet can look dorky so people just choose not to ride.

Yes, sure, but that’s not anymore the world we currently live in. It’s nowadays preferred everywhere what I would call a massive function overload. And while formerly those basic functions worked well, nowadays none of the basic and of the many more functions even only nearly work at all. That disaster can be observed everywhere, it’s by far not unique to IT or Microsoft software.
This; everything is feature creep and half the features never work well.
Websites weren't anywhere near as buggy and poorly made 10-15 years ago. Apps from major companies are routinely junk too.

The US, South Korea and Japan have met to resolve this issue 40 times over the last year, The US welcomes it, Japan welcomes it and the South Korea welcomes it. Excluding the anti-JPN faction that has steered South Korea's polittical and diplomatic direction. It is high time that the South Korean government took back control from this minority whose actions only benefit North Korea, China and Russia by obstructing the US-SK-JPN security policy.
Exactly, a noisy minority that are probably in Xi's pocket. They'll find one ancient professor in Japan who thinks comfort women weren't so bad and then act like all of Japan holds that belief and the two countries have fractured ties lol

Posted in: Man dies after being beaten on sidewalk in Yokohama See in context
Forget it, that doesn’t help in other countries so it also won’t help here. You just run then a day later into an outnumbering group or another next single attacker who is also capable to fight like you. The only things that help are avoiding the situations, and of course distance weapons or defense tools for direct fighting but which are all prohibited by law. The chances for normal people , the potential victims, are exactly or near zero.
The best defense is to run, sure, but you can't always outrun your attacker.
In that case you could carry some small weapon, but in Asia that often gets you in trouble because the laws don't believe in self defense.
At the very least you should know boxing/kickboxing and grappling (wrestling or judo, and BJJ).

Posted in: Tackling taboos: Japanese university club teaches Ainu traditions See in context
What does that even mean?
It means they don't generally feel guilty about winning wars or being bigger and stronger and conquering land.
Leftists care about that too much, especially in the Anglosphere where they wring their hands and pray for forgiveness for things they didn't do (I know, 'institutional racism' etc). Meanwhile, 'indigenous'* people throughout history have gone to war with each other, killed (or worse) each other, and taken each other's land. But you don't see them asking each other for reparations or making demands.

For someone coming from New Zealand, where the indigenous people (Maori) are universally revered and respected culturally and in government policy (all children learn the language, music and culture). It shocked me initially because I was fascinated by them and went to Hokkaido to meet them and learn about them.
That's because Japanese people don't suffer from white guilt.
