And it’s unprecedented because nobody has committed this level of fraud before.

What fraud?

Didn’t read the article again, eh?

Serious lawyers know this case will be over-turned, it's a slam dunk.

Serious lawyers like the legal analysts that used to be federal prosecutors think you should return to planet reality.

Banks made lots of money, never any issue payments, this case is the very definition of legal partisan warfare and corrupt judicial system.

Womp Womp.

New York's going to be seeing lots of businesses hit the exits, already high taxes and crime, now more regulatory and legal risk.

Yeah, Trump businesses. But not so much “leaving” as “liquidated”.

Trump Org. will do well on $appeal, counterclaims for damages, legal fees, etc.

Yeah, go with that, lol.

Have another glass of fool-aide.

Like there was ever any other result possible.

+3 more points in the polls and see ya in appeals court.

He has no case. He will lose his appeal.

And I look forward to you sharing the polls once the adjudicated sex-offender and adjudicated fraud is also a convicted felon.

Until these morons started peppering innocents with 9mm shells, they had not broken the law because the “great” state of Missouri allows minors to posses handguns.

Posted in: Trump judge sets March 25 date for historic criminal trial See in context

*The real fireworks were down in GA with the proceeding streamed live on the judge's YouTube page (Judge Scott McAfee - watch it).*

There are allegations. There is no proof.

Furthermore, a relationship is not evidence of prejudice.

Most legal experts (you know, the ones that went to law school) say that there isn’t anything like the standard to disqualify the DA.

Of course the judge will make that determination and I will respect his ruling even if I disagree.

Even IF she is disqualified, this case isn’t going away.

Trump is throwing a fit because he knows that Willis has him by the short hairs and she’s not letting go. He tried to overturn GA results and it’s on tape.

And not for nothing, but when one cheers for delays of justice, it doesn’t really bode well for the defendant.

Much like “Only mobsters take the 5th” (How many hundred times did Trump take the 5th in his civil fraud case? 400 something?), innocent defendants want their day in court asap so that they can clear their name.

Future Felon Citizen Trump had better get used to many many days in court.

And of course he’s going to whine like a 3 year old in need of a nap.

Fortunately the administration of Justice doesn’t care about his political agenda.

No delaying this one.

And it’s not a “hush-money” case. It’s an election fraud case. He paid a porn-star to keep her quiet so that voters wouldn’t know before they voted. And then he didn’t declare it as required by law.

And as it’s a documents case, signed checks, falsified campaign statements, it’s essentially open and shut.

Is it as “important” as say stealing nuclear secrets and obstructing their recovery or trying to overthrow the government? No, of course not.

Is it a crime and is he going to face justice?

Yes it is and yes he is.

The most galling aspect of Trump’s know-nothing stupidity is that the single time that Article 5 was invoked was on 9/12 is support of the United States.

Our allies had our backs and went to war with us.

Now Cadet bone spurs thinks NATO is a shake-down racket.

There literally is no bottom to his sociopathic behavior.

Yes, this is a popular issue among idiots.

Calling the voters who support the other guy "idiots" shows the usual team Biden condescending arrogance.

The truth can be painful but the pain doesn’t make it less true.

He can very well retract his idiotic remarks since it’s on tape (much like his “I just want to find 11,780 votes” call).

It’s disgusting. It’s disqualifying. It’s utterly moronic in its misunderstanding of basic facts.

And the electorate is going to be reminded as much every day.

This is why we can’t have nice things or go to public events: goobers with guns.

Otherwise they’d just be goobers.

Missouri and Kansas have some of the most permissive concealed and open carry laws in the country and as pointed out, it did not a damn thing to stop this shooting.

It was unarmed people who chased down and subdued one of the shooters.

Where were all the good guys with guns?

Hiding as they should have.

We can’t legislate goobers. We can sure regulate the guns. What is lacking is the political will to do so.

NY3 was a hint of what open border GQP and isolationism will do to the GQP as a “brand”.

Democrats flipped the seat by more than Biden carried it based on GQP incompetence, open borders and isolationism.
