I have lived in Tokyo for 7 years and every day I see reckless and speeding drivers threatening the lives of small children on the road. You should see cabs blindly turning corners without regards to people walking.

In my town there are many vases of flowers tied to guard-rails and fences installed after a human sacrifice.

I'm going to start taking pictures and filming reckless drivers and show the world. I will embarrass Japan into changing.
