JoeBigs this situation has turned it into a "gold mine"opportunity for South Korea, and other nations like Germany. Korea has big disputes with Japan too. What you're gonna see is a stronger forged relationship between China and South Korea, and the only teaching that's going to happen is Japan realizing that these islands weren't worth the fight. Of course it's going to be too late when they do.....

Posted in: Aggressive Obama outpunches Romney in Round 2 See in context

I liked it when the black guy in the audience said that he had high hopes for Obama in 08,but not so high now. Then he asked Obama what are you going to bring down high prices. Obama said we got Bin Ladin, and put Wall Street in check etc. Totally avoiding the guy's question. I also thought it was good that Romney mentioned about operation Fast And Furious. Oh the look on Obama's face. He was drinking alot of water too...

I don't think anyone realizes that China is pretty much the worlds bank, and has ALOT of reserves. Other countries are over extended. Look what's happening to Spain,Greece(Italy next), and the Euro for example. So Largade's opinion means nothing......

As soon as Japan recognizes Nanking. Then I think things will be different with the Chinese. I mean come on. There's no word/mention of all of the attrocities from Tojo and his followers in student history books. Only Pearl Harbor..

Posted in: Radiation concerns for Japan's beef supply intensify See in context

The fact is Japan is in an extremely serious position and any steps the government takes now will be, by and large, too little, too late . This has been a catastrophe which will have more disastrous implications than even Chernobyl. The government has always been between a rock and a hard place because the truth would have had a country in complete panic, especially the "lifeblood" Tokyo area. They've had to try to keep things as normal as possible, but as can be seen, they can't keep the lid on much longer. As I've maintained from the beginning, if you have kids and you have another country to go to, you owe it your children to get out of here. In fact, anyone who doesn't have family or responsibilities here is crazy to stay.

if i had kids i would. you could die of skin cancer you got from a bad sun burn. brain cancer from diet cola(supposedly). you just never know. better to enjoy your life and not worry about everything that can kill you.

Sunhawk this isn't the scenario. Where rubbing sunblock will protect your skin from UV rays from the sun. It's more like sticking your head in the microwave..
