Reasons to slap either of them on the wrist or worse:

Either of them is married.

Money was exchanged.

Either of them was coerced or harmed.

A relationship between the two would adversely affect their local community or even society at large.

Reasons to let it slide:

There isn't a 17 year old boy on the planet who would vote in favor of the "Seishōnen Hogo Ikusei Jōrei" ordinance.

This is almost an irrelevent crime to highlight amongst all the other slimey stuff going on.

But it's true, women DO talk too much. The other day, I shared with wife research showing that men, on average, say 2200 words a day, while women use more than 4400 words a day.

She looked ready to bust my jaw and then responded: "Yeah, you're absolutely right. But it's only because we women have to repeat everything we say to you inattentive husbands."
