Gee... Lil Kim... or Lil Clam, is a ridiculous grotesque, part cartoon, part slap stick clown and ALL murdering psychopath, has to quibble over rocket terminology!

One day, he is going to wake up in a bed with with red... and a general telling him, "You're fired!" (no, not a Trump fan, but excitedly waiting for his impeachment and hope, instead of "Guilty!" they say "You're fired!").

Anyway...

one last thing...

Hasn't anyone else wondered about directing a well aimed baby drone bomb, (maybe shaped to look like a seagull), the next time that laughable oaf has yet another ego parade, standing there on the podium...

Then we make a deal with the new leader, and welcome NK back to the real world.

Only have to kill him, no one else, as I suspect the whole country is heartily sick of that family and its despotism, no further hostility would be needed.

Posted in: Australian man survives croc attack by gouging its eye See in context

Some like eating crocs, I didn't (tasted like chicken and oily fish) and, at the time, I was in the crocodile sanctuary in Darwin when I tried it in the cafe there, while looking at young crocs being fed... that was back in 1993.

Also, they can get much bigger than 3m and one tonne. I thought these huge logs in the middle of the crocodile sanctuary were logs for them to rest on... until these leviathans moved... living dinosaurs... terrifying!

Had dinner with an Aboriginal man who had been attacked, drunk, he fell into a furrow made by the Wet Season (as locals call ot there) and went head first into the open jaws of a croc, who was waiting for someone to stumble along, he did the same, eye gouge, it let him go.

I was told they watch you, and my guest warned me, "Never go down to the river at the same time two fays in a row, because the second day, a croc will be waiting for you!

I thought, "What the hell? Are they wearing watches?"

Nearly, they remember the position of the sun, via shadows etc, like a sun dial in a way, so experts believe.

Japan, and many other nations around our area who are able to put together a fighting force, are been squeezed slowly into an invidious choice, by virtue of China's massive military expansion across all services, and its increasing choke hold in the South China Sea.

All nations have a choice, be submissive to China's domination and have terms of trade dictated by China, or, quickly militarise and band together with all the other nations, in order to try and stale-mate China's military threat.

The 'New Emperor' of China has made his intentions clear, by expansion into international waters he claims China owns, with seven military bases created in the South China Sea.

Small nations have been bribed or suckered into financial slavery, have had infrastructure that will benefit China's military (naval) expansion, from the South Pacific, to Africa, to Greece, so far.

We stumble blindly towards "one road, one belt" seeing the financial benefit, in the short term, when, in reality, it may become our noose!

I loved the original cast. Indeed, they were "OTT" caricatures, but genuine in intent towards the straight guy they eere helping.

The new cast I find totally annoying, especially the bearded drag queen who I feel like punching in the head, and I am gay!

The Japanese Government and Monarchy have made big changes since the end of WW2, so I find it curious that the idea of next born, no matter the sex, is not embraced?

Surely, tactically, it would be a brilliant PR move?

Generally the youth would appreciate that change, well, at least 50% would love it!

Royal families around the world are facing pressure to either disappear or stop using the public purse.

Britain has agreed to remove the inheritance law of Primogeniture, as have Denmark (oldest Euro Royals), Norway, Luxembourg, Belgium and The Netherlands.

Just imagine, the first Empress!

So, get on with it Japan...

After having a Japanese tanker attacked by a missile the same day a diplomatic visit to Iran was happening, (which Iran denied it did... then who attacked the tanker I wonder...) I, therefore, can understand the importance of Japan protecting its interests.

However, obviously there are other clandestine parties who do want to trigger an attack on Iran, on invidious position for Japan, damned either way.

Many say the way forward is hydrogen power, that will take a long time to achieve...

Posted in: Typhoon victims felt worst was over; then floods came See in context

Now for my cunning plan to help avert and/or reduce damage by flooding, for those living in a flood plain.

Build houses etc on strong steel and cement pylons, so the house is one storey above the ground. Cars could have ramps up to that level, or park in a carpark for local residents, again one storey above ground level.

Costs; it would be a financial benefit to councils, insurance companies and government in damages savings alone.

It would also reduce trauma and hardship to those affected.

So, governments could contribute by removing taxes and making financial donations. Insurance companies and councils could waive fees until the houses are built

Firstly,

I wish to express my deepest dymathy and condolences to all those affected by the typhoon and flooding, it looked terrible and brought back awful memories of the massive earthquake and tsunami.

Secondly, I could not find any reference to my PM (Scott Morrison) of Australia, expressing condolences to the people of Japan and offering money and help.

That is disgraceful, I am ashamed!

I totally agree that these 'best' lists are formed from a monetary elite class, (including execs on business) whose experience is totally different from ordinary people.

I think there should be several levels of lists, like airline classes, all people may fly, say, JAL, Singapore, QANTAS, etc, but there is a HUGE difference between space, comfort and amenities, and, dare I say it, fellow traveller politeness...

RIDICULOUS!! Japan is at the meeting points of MANY tectonic plates. Most importantly, there are only two areas in the world where 9+ quakes are expected, Chile and Japan, because both nations are in a subduction zone.

The world geo survey proves this, you can look up the facts and see the plate maps, plate tectonics means the land and sea floor on each plate, or worse, at the meeting point of plates, means will cause big quakes, particularly in subduction areas.

TEPCO would have been well aware of these facts, of course. Japan leads the world in technology for skyscrapers to survive big quakes.

But, somehow. the goverment and TEPCO couldn't have expected a big quake and tsunami.... RUBBISH!!

this just proves my opposition to exercising in the Aussie bush is totally valid! Anyrime I want to see nature, I just turn on a tv nature show. If, one day, I stupidly decide to exercise again, I'll set up a tv in front of my high tech exercise bike, and 'go for a ride in the bush', can't get bitten, fall off a waterfall or get lost!

Posted in: TEPCO will have to dump radioactive Fukushima water into Pacific, minister says See in context

Strontium and Caesium 134, 137 etc has been found all across the pacific ocean, and the sea life has been drastically affected since the accident. Plus, a few years back it was announced that to keep the reactors cooled, they were going to pump seawater onto them and let that flow back into the ocean because they couldn't keep filling tanks on land! So now they want to dump the highly contaminated stored water into the ocean.... from what I've heard the levels found in tiny crabs etc is thousands of times higher than usual (WHOI) and sea life on Canad and the USA shores has all but disappeared, seal populations have halved and pups are returning to shore starving again after been released weeks before. The seriousness of this ongoing threat to all life in the Pacific, and the humans dependant upon it, cannot be underestimated!

hmmm..... it worries me that the two most crucial nations in this area are distancing themselves from each other.

For everyone in our region, from Japan to Australia, must start working together to try and balance the ever increasing and expanding influence and military presence of China.

There just isn't enough time to bicker with each other, WW2 was terrible for everyone, by its end, let's all stand together as one, so the 'see saw' of power doesn't suddenly stop at one end, leaving us all high and dry, and vulnerable.

The Government has allowed sea water to be pumped over the reactors and that wster to run back into the ocean for some years now.

According to an Australian sailor, who sailed solo from Tokyo to Hawaii some years back. he did not see one living thing the width of the ocean.

This disaster is not Japan's problem, it is the world's problem and so all nations must contribute to contain the contamination, before it is too late.

This is not a time for recriminatios. but global solutions.
