I must say this is pretty pathetic, throwing crap at the embassy? how immature can you be? jesus christ, and speaking of jesus, i don't think the religion means what they think it does, pretty sure the bible is all about forgiving your neighbor and being the bigger man? not being petty hate mongering crap flingers ^^;;

lol i love all the immature people blaming AKB for this, so lets push the responsibility of the people committing the crimes onto something else? AKB? violent Video games? violent Movies? yet it's all their fault, give me a break all you people do is enable criminals.

i love how south korea always has the morally high ground no matter what, they might possibly be the most perfect race on the planet if you minus the plastic surgery obsession and all, but, really, really getting tired of this, i like korea and all but, some maturity would be welcomed, otherwise this will keep going on for decades maybe longer creating more hate and intolerance for future generations :(

I get the feeling that taiwan, korean, china etc are going to be b****ing and moaning about this for the next 200 years? hate just creates more hate, it's an endless cycle but, prolonging hate is a good way to keep control of things just look at al sharpton and jesse jackson in the states ^^;;

I am truly embarrassed by a lot of the answers here, by their logic it is perfectly fine to destroy another persons property. well i got news for your buddies she had not right, the issue here is her lack of respect for him and his things, not anime, manga and how some people hate it. she got what she asked for, now she have a lot of time to think about what she did and how she ruined her marriage cause of her self righteous actions.

will south korea and china ever get over themselves? no matter what japan does they're the enemy, if they do everything sk and china want and admit they're the most evil people in history sk and china would just find something to complain about, i could care less what he said cause it isn't any worse than the hate mongering that goes on in sk and china against japan

As for the issue of Japan being jealous of his success . . . no. I do not think so. It is not an issue of antipathy between the two countries as Japan consumes a voracious amount of Korean pop culture (movies, dramas, music). I do not think Japanese people give a fudge about this guy. Maybe it is because he does not fit the traditional image of KPOP stars (plastic). As for pop culture in general I think Japan is way ahead over Korea in worldwide popularity. Granted, you see a lot more KPOP around the world than JPOP, but anime and manga has been seen by, and influenced more people than any KPOPer.

i totally agree dave, japan and hong kong have been extremely popular in the west since the 70's and korea just broke this ice a few years ago thanks to youtube, so these people saying japan is jealous of korea kinda makes me giggle at their lack of knowledge, jpop isn't as popular as k-pop or as well known however; anime, manga, japanese movies, and history (especially ninja's) outrank k-pop 10 to 1 lol even people that hate japan or know nothing about it know these things lol

@smith South Korea will yet again ride this into the ground just like they did gangnam style, they're pretty desperate for everyone to notice them lol which proves they're x10 more jealous of japan than japan could be of korea (could you change your pic cause you clearly don't have any mentality even remotely similiar to the doctor)

if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all Jamie Lunel, you may not like them but i don't see you raised massive amounts of money for and giving moral support to the victims in that area and have for 2 years now, people don't have to like their music or anything about them but they should in the very least respect them for all they've done for the tsunami victims.

This man is nothing short of an amazing hero, he thought nothing of himself and only protecting his daughter, it's people like him that should be remembered and talked about not useless people like american celebs, korean celebs or political people like obama or putin, just an average everyday man that did everything he could to make sure his daughter could survive

Posted in: S Korean 'comfort women' sue Japanese rock band See in context

gotta love how korea blows everything out of proportion, yes scramble shouldn't have do it, however; i'm not convinced all "korean woman" were forced into the "comfort women" scenario but bitch about it now like it was against their will. the biggest problem here is korea and china refuse to forgive and forget, and try to add to past histories then accuse japan or changing history. not everything japan did in the past was good or right, but all the hate from korea against japan doesn't make them any better then what they accuse of and bitch about japan "did"

Posted in: 'Dokdo' island classes to become mandatory for S Korean children See in context

lol i can barely take this seriously common now sk, apparently these islands are some serious crap, they're willing to make fools of themselves over it.... I like sk and all but they really are going too far in recent years. the islands were probably used by both people for countless years and never encountered each other, but what is up with people whinning about things so much lately? SK, China, "Palastine" it's a bit deplorable even if the lioncourt rocks were korea's at one time they lost them cause they japan ruled them for 30ish years, why don't they whine about the northern part of their own country that was taken by pinko trash? i find it odd that in my experience with korean people too many prefer NK over japan which is just wrong...

Posted in: AKB48 singer's YouTube apology still stirring debate See in context

What a bunch of bleeding hearts. Good lord, she made a mistake she felt bad and she says she is sorry. She says she felt bad for disappointing her parents or kohai or what ever. You people make such a big deal out of it. She can quit if she wants and she said she does not want to quit, it is up to her. Everything is up to her, yet all these comments about womens right and what not it is her right to do to herself what she wants. SO if she wants to stay or cut her own hair or apologize for her behavior that she thought was a mistake, then let her. People making something so big out of something so small.

I agree with you completely Kuribo, i love how people are making such a stink about this but how k-pop idols practically prostitue themselves in their videos, or how a lot of them watch porn for inspiration i think it's just trolls are Happy for a chance to attack AKB, people want to control everyone to do what they want with this political correct Bull s*** instead of letting people make their own choices and choose their own life
