Posted in: LGBTQ activists condemn Japan's 'meaningless' equality bill See in context

Just to comment on the quote " there can be no just discrimination" - this is ridiculous. There is plenty of just discrimination. I discriminate against grey strawberries and green meat. Blind people should not be airplane pilots. I can justify plenty of discrimination.

Posted in: Harry Potter video game gets bumper sales despite LGBTQ backlash See in context

People want a good video game. That trumps all outrage and demands. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. And I believe the term is trans phobic not homophobic however a phobia is not the same as an opinion disagreeing with a lifestyle choice. I'm not God phobic if I am an atheist. I am terrified of spiders and very arachnophobic.

Santa lost some weight and years. That is a shame to doll up any foreigner in a rich costume. There is a whole pool of real Santa actors they can hire. I am sure they have the money.

There is a special circle of hell for a man who would beat any woman but especially a 92 year old one. I hope he is caught soon.

They steal them to wear them. In a hazakashi culture, buying them is too embarrassing until you get caught stealing them I reckon.
