and IMO it's not a huge leap from promoting idol culture, with its sexualization of the underaged, to tacitly condoning this sort of deviancy. If you want to start tackling this issue somewhere, that's where I'd start. 'If' you want to.

"I would be happy if kids who are in a predicament use them," he said.
Good on him. I'm sure it wasn't his first option, but at least it means the kids are off the street.
