90 odd years of age , Could it have been an intentional drive down the wrong way, did he have a license? Did he have the OAP sticker on the car ? We'll never know. As for the 70's taking or renewing their license , that's already in place

Last August it was reported
The BBC's Jonathan Head explores the Philippines' dark underbelly of police raids, dealers and assassins ... Maria, not her real name, now carries out contract killings as part of the government-sanctioned war on drugs.
If the BBC can locate contract killers, a step in the right direction would be that the Manila Police stop paying them to do the gutter work.

as an individual traveler making their own arrangements, it's possible to get a round trip ticket from BKK to NTR & back covering a 6~7 day trip for the price of 10,000 baht, accommodation included in the price would be extremely difficult. a legitimate experienced tour operator with 1000 customers could do it and make a large profit.

If you live overseas, it’s just about one evening – you party, kiss at midnight and then it’s over.
Last year our Biz group traveled to Guam for the New Year celebrations. One of the Japanese newbies in the group shouted out "Don't kiss my wife " as the bell rang midnight and fled the table dragging her away.
