This is really upsetting. The hardest part is when you work so much and you can't even make the time to help those who feel this kind of depression. Honestly I hear therapists are trash here. They say "you think too much" "try to relax" and that's about it. How do I know my gf goes and tells me they do nothing. Everytime I see posts like this I get extremely worried because sometimes she'll be so depressed or away from her phone and no messages no read for a couple days and I'm thinkin I hope this ain't her.
