Posted in: Saitama police launch new unit to prevent groping on trains See in context

Sending a squad of young female cops out there makes the cops look like they're doing something. Like DJDailleult said, most cops make reporting a crime difficult to say the least.

very well put.

Madonna’s outrage touched a nerve in Romania, but it seems doubtful it will change anything, said the Soros Foundation’s Motoc.

“Madonna is a pop star. She is not an expert on interethnic relations,” he said.

This one man has spend more money in six months of his presidency than all the sum total of all the presidents that came before him. One guy out-spent all of them together... in six months.

This is facinating, can I have a link to the source of this info please.

Posted in: 2-year-old girl dies in hit-and-run while crossing street in Yokohama See in context

It could've been a "hit" and no run. The average 2 year old would not be seen and probably was hit and then went under the car. It's possible that the driver had no idea what had happened. The mother deserves jail for this.
