Why Koreans can't comply with international treaty? Compensation and apology also have been done completely. Japan has already been paying about over 700,000,000,000 $ to Korea and China included with free technical offer. It's very useful tools for getting money still now, even after their government used all reparation from Japan to increase their GNP. Korea should get ''real independence'' from WW2, mentally. Moreover Korean should watch present Japan, they are only addicted to ''Specter of Japan 70 years ago''. Read international treaty between Japan and Korea. It shows ''All reparations were fully resolved'' by [Treaty on Basic Relations between Japan and the Republic of Korea ]
