Posted in: Decades of hype turned protein into a superfood See in context

Generally, though, a 140-pound person should not exceed 120 grams of protein per day, particularly because a high protein diet can strain kidney and liver function and increase risks of developing heart disease and cancer.

A. I have rarely met a 140 pound American adult

B. High protein is super dangerous with anyone with kidney compromising illnesses such as diabetes 1

C. Liver functions come back quickly if damaged but the damage is usually from alcohol and over the counter drugs, not protein.

D. Have researched over and over again but found no studies on protein causing cancer or heart disease.

I would like to take a poll. Aren't people sick and tired of donating money to so called poor countries only to have it stolen by their governments to fatten their own bank accounts and do nothing for the poor people they dictate to?

If you use a VPN and watch one of the shows on CBS, NBC etc., and you get commercials, you will see very few so called white people. Most of the commercials are filled with so called people of color. I think it is a way to build up the new quota system in so called entertainment.

And I wished they used the scientific term for skin color.

For us tourists its less painful on the wallet, hotel, food, internal travel, souvaniers and sights are just that bit cheaper.

Interesting. How did you get here as a tourist and have you been stuck here for a year and a half? Isn't it a fabulous place?

However the technology does pose additional problems, such as the need to be stored at very low temperatures, unlike current flu vaccines that can be kept in regular refrigerators.

These so called deep freezers are prolific now. So quit the fear posts.

RNA, or ribonucleic acid, is the lesser-known cousin of DNA, or deoxyribonucleic acid, the building block of genes.

And once again, RNA is not a cousin nor lesser known than DNA. Don't post misinformation. So sad. And it is not vulgar. What is wrong with you?

I love Italian food in Italy by the way.

Finding Italian food fabulous originating out of London is like finding Sushi and Japanese home cuisine originating out of London. Sorry, but no can do. Still trying to find any one of the photos that has a glimpse to it of real Italian Gourmet food. Perhaps the plates. Yes the plates although lacking authentic Italian designs to compliment the dishes served.

Posted in: Growing American football on Japanese turf See in context

Mitsunobu Ishii is the general manager of the X League’s Nojima Sagamihara Rise also oversees the Rise Academy youth development program for children from age 4 through junior high school.

In 2018, a video went viral of a Nihon University player’s horrific illegal hit that left its target crumpled on the ground. The cheap shot came from behind, long after the play had already finished. A coach allegedly ordered the hit, and the matter attracted much media attention.

Might that portray the sport as violent and dangerous, damaging its already tenuous reputation?

This chub is putting children in harms way. What is wrong with this scenario?

“Our kids learn about relationships, about accepting failure, about being strong and learning to say ‘I want to be a champion!’” Ishii said. “Having a purpose is an important thing in life. I want to tell kids that having dreams is very, very important. Let’s try your dream. Go overseas. Play in America. Over the top!”

Tiny Japanese playing American football in America. My wife laughed. They will be flattened like okinomiyaki.
