Proper mask-wearing is necessary if you cannot maintain enough distance with others outside and talk with them,"
Majority of people will never take them off here. Consider it the norm for a long time.

Had two stop me on my push bike just getting back to my home. The one with the machine to confirm it was my bike and registered to me was fine.
The other almost demanded my name, where I had been, where I was from and where I was living.
I looked at him with a big smile and in a calm voice asked him why he was asking me all the questions.
Luckily by that time the machine told the one fellow my name and it was properly registered to me.
Moral of the story,
At night time the most dangerous thing for a foreigner individual is a cop.

What a shocking headline and story. Being a parent myself, I think back to when my children were three. Probably the best times of my life.
All the wonderful and funny things they did and said. Children are so wonderful and innocent.
What would or could ever make an adult do that to their own child?
Very, very, very severe punishment needed for this one.

Presidents, Prime Ministers or whatever they are called, don’t need an ambassador. It’s a waste of money. Their yearly income could choke a goat!
They all have Twitter don’t they? They could at least just call each other once in a while…
This guy is going to accomplish absolutely nothing and get paid well.

If one has to wear glasses the mask always makes them fog up.
They are annoying to wear for that reason. Following social distancing rule is hard in Tokyo but doing both the mask and distancing is probably good.
