as permanent "resident status" and not "permanent resident" status. The measure is to give temporary "resident status" for the affected foreigners and the lawyer suggested to give permanent "resident status" which is a good suggestion in my humble opinion.

@Takuma7 you're talking about Mobile OS Android not the actual phone created by Motorola, right? Or you're already talking about Motorola's Droid smart phone series? I'm asking about the Motorola's Droid X, will this be offered by all the Carriers like Docomo, AU and Softbank. I hope this mobile phone is available to all carriers...Then if you're talking about Motorola's Droid smart phones series, I'll be glad and will be waiting for this Droid X...:)
