"Japan will contribute $12 million over a three-year period to a World Bank fund supporting economies affected by the Arab Spring uprisings, " Note, it says ~supporting economies affected by the Arab Spring uprisings~ not supporting Arab Spring Uprisers. Glad to see they are not supporting fanatic muslims of any shape or breed.
