Very Smoothly if you ignore the increase in COVID cases including those from abroad. So much for the promise of safe Olympics and the promise of shutting it down if COVID strikes. How nice it would be if the IOC gives a large chunk of its profits to Japan to assist in the effort in eradicating COVID-19.
