It's is a step in the right direction for NK to start giving consideration to their neighbors by thoughtful communication, especially Japan. Honestly i believe this is a step in the right direction. And my hat goes off to Kim Jong-un.
But what i cannot understand is how a country can sacrifice the welfare of their own people in order to support a space program. If they didn't invest so much in this space program, maybe they could find a way to support their people. This completely boggles my mind.
