The story with the Soviet jets for Ukraine is a pure bluff story or a suicide mission for the few remaining Ukrainian pilots. The US/UK declared goal is to prolong the war to increase its cost on "Putin", forgetting about the horrendous cost of human lives, without a single step towards war de-escalation.

It the US behind this misery spreading from Ukraine to the rest of the world.

The Russian army is defending the very existence of the Russian people in Ukraine, where biological & nuclear weapons were being developed with direct US cooperation & financing.

Of course UK government denies giving cool welcome to Ukraine refugees. They didn't give any welcome to them. They only send arms to prolong the fight & increase death toll among Slavonic brothers.

Check out "Ukraine on fire" by Oliver Stone, which gives you a deeper perspective on things happening in Ukraine up until now, something JT and media won't really mention. + Can't call O. Stone (British journalist) a Russian propaganda machine either.

Yes, that's an excellent analysis by "American" Oliver Stone.

Logics only will define who is not allowing the civilians to leave:

Russian army is most interested in dealing face to face with the Ukrainian army & the nationalist battalions, who kept bombing Donbass for 8 long years, so it has no interest whatsoever in having civilians, especially of Russian origins, Russian speaking Donbass people in Mariupol, among them. So the army declared a complete ceasefire to allow civilians leave.

On the other side: Ukraine army & the battalions are escaping direct confrontation with the Russian army, so their only protection is to hide behind civilians, keeping them as human shields. It doesn't take a genius to understand what really is happening to those humanitarian corridors.

Posted in: Russia announces ceasefire for evacuations See in context

Evacuation routes published by Russia's RIA Novosti news agency, citing the Defense Ministry, show that civilians will be able to leave to Russia and Belarus.

If you look at the map of Ukraine, these two are the only possible routs from Mariupol & Kharkov. From there people can go anywhere they desire, but most of these people will want to stay in Russia. There are already over 150 thousand of them from Donbass alone.

It's rather the West war against Russia in world's 'breadbasket' threatens food supply.

The real Russia is imposing a ceasefire to allow civilians leave the warzones, where as Ukr army is allowing none. Russia is completely different from what western media is trying to present her. I strongly recommend to watch just a 3 minutes video of Fox Business with former Defense secretary senior adviser Ret. Col. Douglas Macgregor under this title:

"Army vet: Biden has made it very clear we're not coming to rescue Ukraine".

The truth will be shocking.

Russian propaganda written to sound like it was made by NATO or the US. A disgusting lie is what it is.

What exactly is a lie in the quote you are referring to?

I write down again for you convenience.

Since the fall of the Soviet Union, we have used NATO to surround Russia. Our military and that of our NATO Allies—tanks and nuclear missiles and fighter jets—have moved up against the Russian border in a provocative and destabilizing way

I know that a different view is no longer welcome here, but if I may ask just one question!!

The news says: "By nighttime Russian forces had intensified their shelling of Mariupol, while dropping powerful bombs on residential areas of Chernihiv, a city north of Kyiv, Ukrainian officials said".

Intensified shelling of Mariupol, while dropping powerful bombs on residential areas of Chernihiv must cause thousands of deaths, where are they????

Over 55% of Mariupol & Chernihiv citizens are Russians. Russia came to their rescue, not to kill them, while they are being kept hostages & human shields by Ukrainian army & the Phalanges (Ukr extremists), including 6 thousand foreign students, mainly Chinese, Indians & Vietnamese. Humanitarian passages where agreed upon through negotiations. Not one citizen or foreigner were allowed to leave Mariupol.

Two laws are combined here: the Jungle Law & the Law of gangs. In the latter all members of the gang vote against whoever tried to stop their crimes or stood on their way, then the protester is hanged while the crowd cheers because of fear. Each member of that crowd believes & knows that he/ she will be the next to hang if they they dare open their mouths.

I'm skeptical about this part of the news:

"Firefighters cannot get near the flames because they are being shot at, he said, and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba tweeted a plea to the Russians to stop the assault and allow fire teams inside".

Would the Russians shell a NPP while tens of thousands of their soldiers & millions of their people are right around that nuclear power plant?

I doubt it very much!!

The fire is either accidental or set by the Ukrainian paramilitary battalions, because he, who burns people alive could do anything.

It's a bit too late for Germany to send weapons to Ukraine. US, UK, Canada, Poland, the Baltic states & many others have sent thousands of tons of weapon in support of Kiev Junta, but none helped. Russians & Russian-speaking East Ukrainians are fighting for their lives, their families, their future & their land, whereas Bandera neo-Nazi thugs & murderers are fighting to kill & enslave others. Putin threatened to topple the democratic government and scramble the post-Cold War world order?

No government that came after a bloody coup & protected by its bayonets can be called democratic. The last democratic Ukrainian government , including President Yanukovych, was thrown by bloody coup in February 2014, which was fully orchestrated, financed & supported by Washington.

But I sure don't want the bank (OIL, GAS & other) rubbers to secure the peace & impose their own laws upon the world.

Russia & soon China are there to but these rubbers &gangsters where they belong.

Addfwyn

Does it justify Russia's invasion? No, of course not.

Tell me, please, what would you do if your people were targeted by artillery, rockets, drones, etc... daily after having burned your people alive (Odessa Unions' Building, May 2, 2014)?

What would you do if no one cared about granting you 7 your country security guarantees & continue expanding to your borders filling the land & sea with military bases, surrounding you from all directions?

What would you do if the world's biggest military alliance kept arming your rivals & inciting them to wage wars against you (Georgia August 2008 & Ukraine 2014)?

What would you do if 2 prime minters of a neighboring country threatened to use nuclear weapons against you (Tymoshenko 2014, Zelensky 2022)?

Read the Washington Post, March 25, 2014 under the title:

In latest wiretapping leak, Yulia Tymoshenko appears to say ‘nuclear weapons’ should be used to kill Russians

What will happen soon, I believe, is the following:

Russian Army attacking from three directions: Donbas & Kharkov from the East & northeast. Chernobyl from the north, Odessa & Kherson from the south. The eastern & southeastern front will secure Kharkov & prevent the Ukrainian army from moving East. The North & South fronts will close in to meet in the middle, just west of the Dnepr, surrounding both Kiev & the remainings of the Ukrainian army east of the Dnepr, forcing them to surrender. The Kiev gang & those wanted by the Russians for crimes against Donbass will escape to the West. They may organize a boring government in exile.

NOMINATION

how about telling us YOUR solution to this ordeal?

It is a very simple solution that doesn't require rocket science:

1- Stop trying to contain Russia (& China) & let the nations develop & progress by their own ways.

2- Give up sanction wars against everybody who doesn't wish to live by your rules.

3- Stop believing in being the only superpower & stop trying to be the world's policeman.

4- Stop arming corrupt regimes such as the Kiev gang & its fascist paramilitary supporters such as Right Sector, Aidar & Azov Battalions.

Posted in: Russia presses invasion to outskirts of Ukrainian capital See in context

Putin was very clear when he defined the goals of the Russian Army operation: Root out fascist authority from Kiev, allow Ukrainians free presidential & parliament elections without having guns held to their heads, disarm Ukraine & prevent it from developing nuclear weapons (as threatened by Zelensky 2 days before Russian operation).

The Kiev regime came to power by a bloody coup in February 2014, ousting the legally elected president, Yanukovych, with the help of the West & now this same West is bragging & crying about democracy.

Putin is achieving that & sure he means what he says.

It's sad that the Ukrainians & their Western sponsors did not learn from history & always underestimated Russia. Here I'd like to provide some historical famous quotes regarding people who underestimated Russia....

"Russia is a midget, I will get her on her knees!" - Carl XII, Sweden, XVIII century.

In its wars against Russia’s Peter the Great, Sweden lost her great power status forever.

"I will conquer backward Russia!" - Friedrich, mid-XVIII century.

In 1759 Russian army entered Berlin.

"Russia is a giant on clay legs!" - Napoleon, XIX century, France.

In 1814 Russian army entered Paris.

"I will conquer USSR by the end of the year!" - Hitler, XX century, Germany.

In 1945 Hitler committed suicide & Russian army entered Berlin.

"Russia is just a regional power!" - Obama, XXI century (2014) USA.
