The Osaka-based company said net profit for the fiscal year to March rose 58 percent to 236 billion yen ($2.1 million), up from 149 billion yen in the previous year.
236 Billion Yen is $2.1 Billion and NOT $2.1 Million!! Did the article author pause to think why a company like Panasonic make a press release for a mere $2.1 Million net profit?
