What’s the worth of finding the treasures if the childrens too are going to have the same life. Work hard and die lonely. They won’t have any time to use the wealth and at the end they will bury it too.

Was the company building a colony in the Mars? Or was it on some kind of mission to rescue human race. 180 hours of extra work a month is in-humane and criminal.

Posted in: The influx of foreign workers in convenience stores has become a contentious topic in Japan, with companies arguing that the decline in birthrate is resulting in a staff shortage, while opponents of the move claim that convenience chains are simply looking for ways to save money by paying them low wages. What is your view? How have you found the service at convenience stores staffed by non-Japanese? See in context

At the tables of Nomikai I have heard people commenting or laughing at Japanese pronunciation of these foreign conbini workers. My co-workers imitated the way they say ‘Irashaimase’ and laughed. But, it was difficult to understand how they truly felt about being served by foreigners at the places where they had been long served by Japanese.

Bringing in hoarded of unskilled workers with no Japanese Language and Cultural Skills will certainly distrup harmony in the Japanese Society, at least until japanese people get used to it. But here is a better way, there are already a huge number of Asian students in Japanese Language schools. They study at Language Schools for 1.5 to 2 years and then go to senmon gakko or to University depending on their abilities. From this pool you can get 3 types of human resource.

Just passed the language school: Let them get JLPT N3/N2 and use them in Unskilled Labor Senmon Gakko Passouts: Semi Skilled Workers University Graduates: Skilled Workers

When a Kids hate to go to might mean that they are being bullied or the teachers are not kind enough. Isn't same thing going on at Japanese work place? If they they have supportive environment and can leave work on time, of course more women will join the work force. Today marriage and child rearing is used as excuse to quit working. Even some young women are desperately doing the konkatsu thing to find a man on whom they can depend on to support them and so they can stop working.
