I have only had my Japanese license for four years. I have used rental cars in Okinawa many times and have never found this sticker on the back of the car. If I ever do i will just take it off before I drive out of the parking lot.

Could it be for tourists who are driving using an international license?

Banks close for Golden Week, and New Years in Japan. That's sometimes quite a few days in a row, and if you don't have enough cash on you then there's no way you can get your money.

I wish the ATM was open 24hrs like in America. I cant believe how some of the ATM's close at 9pm in Japan.

Everyone needs to stop saying it's about Japanese salary men, it most definitely says he is unemployed. I'm not saying its not true about salary men, but in this case it isn't.

I live in Kawagoe, and there are no game centers that aren't within a 10 minute walk from Kawagoe station.

I think the emergency phone isn't a bad idea. If the camera was activated only when the phone was picked up then I wouldn't mind the camera.
