I faced the Same situation here in the U.S I broke the car window ,called the cops and 2 hours lator (mom) shows up! She left the parking lot with a new pair of braclets via of the cops. The child was turned over to child protective services. In the mean time 2 woman came forward inquiring how They might gain custody of the child.If looks could kill...
