How did they define one death case was caused by vaccination in terms of time passed after vaccination .
Does their claim assumes that there must be a correlation if person vaccinated died within 2-3days from injection ?
What if this happens 4 days after vaccination ? It won't be recognized as a vaccination related ?

From the long-term perspective for economic growth , it must be the best solution to keep SOE active much longer , in order not to re-occur cluster and next internal wave of infection .
Otherwise ,It would continue the cycle of COVID reoccurrence and declaring State of Emergency
