I think airlines get complacent.....or pilots do......they do the same flight every time and never have any expectation of worst case scenario....so when it does happen......they are never prepared...and it's all over in a few seconds

North Korea restarting a nuclear reactor is the least of anyones worries...On the other hand utilities here using 40 year old reactors at fukushima and elsewhere is deplorable as they should have been decommissioned years ago...we all know the inherent problems with the General electric first gen reactors....at least north korea's reactor is new or relatively..i expect...

it's a local road too right? surely not too much traffic going through there unless it leads to the highway? it was after the fireworks....but wasn't near the fireworks...so is good chance that said white car was at a convenience store or supermarket before the incident....the culprit is probably on some video footage somewhere from that evening...it was a Sunday night too...not as much traffic around....
