Posted in: Obama, in Poland, urges allies, U.S. public to bolster Arab Spring See in context

This Arab Spring is a scam. I'm no fan of Gadaffi, especially his arrogant sons but I find this to be very unjust. If the sole purpose is to protect Bengazi civilians, what about the Tehran, Syrian, Yemeni and the others. I read an article on an African site that says Gadaffi is the best among evils over there. At least he distributed the wealth evenly. Until now there were no Libyan migrants seeking greener pasture anywhere. Education, healthcare etc were free until now. Even non Libyans benefited from Gadafi's generosity. Libyans enjoyed greater prosperity than most of its neighbors. Obama, Sark, Cameron, you need to do more explanation.

Had it been the previous president, we would have seen burning of flags everywhere. Now we see the burning inside America rather. In the form of fox Rush etc

Some of you guys hatred for Obama is amazing. He simply stated what Bush said in Israel on Jan 20 2008 which is still recorded on video. Ehud Barak said the same even though he was an Israel PM. Obama repeating those same lines is now an abomination. This is not about Obama. Its about peace in the ME, the recruiting subject for most Islamic extremists.

The amount of money and blood the US has spent on this piece of land could have bought the land outright but Israel needs to keep the current situation to continue the money flow. Anyone trying to correct this situation is automatically branded anti Semitic. Obama, welcome to the club

Hello USNinJapan2, we aren't allowed to post links here but just be a bit impartial for once and watch Ratigan's show on msn on 20th. There is a video Bush saying the EXACT words Obama used right in Israel on 20th January 2008.

Where was all the sudden republican outrage when bush said Israel return to 49-67 lines, when Israeli PM also said the basis shouls be 67 lines??? Is it just because Obama said it that it suddenly became a ditch on Israel??

USARonin, take it easy! This is just a platform and we are just reporting what is obvious. Just follow fox and their commenting listeners and you will know what I'm referring to. That's why Obama had to remind them that the Lion King video was children's movie

For me, I can only company this pic with that of Bush saying on multiple times he doesn't truly think about bin Laden or where he is hiding

Posted in: Should the U.S. release photos or video footage of Osama bin Laden's body? See in context

If Obama doesn't wanna release the evidence, then why was the need to use the SEALs instead of bombing the place outright? After all, the motive for the SEAL option was for proof

Why do we tax payers have to foot the bills of these lazy people? All because their ancestors were victorious in some old time wars? In these modern world, we should all be equals. No royals nor commoners. Don't tell me they make enough money themselves. They got that from their ancestors whole stole from us the commoners.

Singapore TV, don't tell us you don't know the meaning of the word ''if'' in your sentence. it would have been better not to have issued such an apology then. Shame. This could have happened in your safe island too

Just a quote some a friend ''A semi-liter ate, self-right eous, Evangelica l former governor of a gun-toting , oil-produc ing state who has intentiona lly avoided any understand ing of other cultures, geography, economics, history, or anything else from fifth grade social studies now wants to become commander- in-chief of the world’s most powerful nation. What could go wrong? She is not a Bush, she just lives in the bush. Or at least she pretends to. But there are many more worthy people to be elected, and some of them may have a bush without sounding like one.''

The above sums up my fears of semi-education. Far dangerous than illeteracy!

We are waiting WilliB. What would you have said? Don't repeat the dear Sarah, who as a mother of a young girl, could have chose to talk about the 9 year old girl who got killed but chose to lecture us about herself and her selective history/memory

Well, the difference between the two persons who spoke today became further and clearer. One for self defense and self victimization whilst the other for healing and betterment.

I'm once again worried by comments by a colleague poster. I quite remember this same poster made a distasteful comment about the Cambodian stampede because they are a third world country and that we shouldn't be surprised by a similar stampede in India pretty soon. I'm referring to mexicano. Once again you are generalizing it as a problem peculiar to ''many of the poorest countries on that continent'' Even if you gonna believe in this bogus survey as explained by Antonios M, spare us the generalization.
