One vial contains 0.45 ml of the vaccine. It needs to be diluted with 1.8 ml of saline solution, making it a total of 2.25 ml of injectable solution. The dose needed is 0.3 ml so in theory there are seven and a half doses. As you cannot use half doses, and not even combine them to form a full one, the theoretical maximum is seven doses.
However in practise it depends on what kind of needles and syringes you use. Also depends on the technique of the nurse or doctor injecting it. Most countries do recommend you do not try to make more than six doses out of it. Seven is a stretch but taken in to use in some countries.

It all comes down to the fact that the referees in the Asian qualifiers come from other Asian countries. Outside Austria, Japan and South Korea it seems the refs barely know the rules, more less how to apply them.
The ref in AU-JP game was a joke and both teams suffered from this. This can be fixed only by more training (slow) or bringing the refs from Europe (politically incorrect).

I am actually blaming both parties here. We who live in Japan know very well the inflexible attitude the government officials often take but I would not let all the foreign companies off the hook either.
First "provide the tender preferably in Japanese". I see this as a standard practice in any country to ask for the tender in their own language, nothing especially dramatic here.
Secondly these companies where not trying to just offer assistance as they themselves so nicely put it but to make money in entering the Japanese market. No, there is nothing wrong about in my opinion but do not try to picture yourselves holier than the pope.

Coal mining kills more people every year than nuclear accidents have ever done and as an added bonus we get to breath all those particles from burning the coal.
But we will be fine without nuclear plants as soon as all the people who oppose nuclear energy cut their electricity usage by half.

The article starts by saying it is good idea to know your blood type. The writer then promptly fails to give a single explanation why.
As cleo said if you need urgent blood transfer you are not in a state to tell it to the doc even if you know it and moreover they will test it anyway.
This is exactly same than horoscopes in west. If asked I always tell my sign is Omega and blood type C.

I used to keep similar amounts of money at my home too but it got too bothersome as I had to move those piles out of the genkan every time someone was on the door. Not because I was worried they stole it, but because I could not get the door opened otherwise. Then again maybe he has a bigger house than I do?
Still with the interest rates the banks are paying you cannot blame the guy keeping it at home!

Pukey2: I read this so that you need to go to register your change of address in the ward office as before. Just that the form you fill will go to the Ministry of Justice from there.
I am also happy to understand from the pages that the "acting as a spouse" does not mean what it sounds like, but just that you are actually living together and not separated and staying married only in paper to keep your visa. Would be totally uncool not to get any for six months and then be deported because of that ;).

For everyone who is worried about having the same happen to him/her the solution to the problem is simple: do not break the law and if you do and get caught do not fight the police.
