The Japanese police force(not all of them) but a stastically signifant amount of them needs to clean up their act. If you want respect, you have to earn it.

Never could figure out why the Japanese r so much into Hawaii. Maybe the hrs. required to fly. However, the mainland, especially West Coast is not that much longer.

I was always led to believe that Japan is a harmonious people/society, but they are more sue -happy than Americans now. There should be more arbitration, because for every problem there is a solution. Talk it out, reach a happy medium in a calm ,collected, civilized manner.

Never heard of her. I guess she must be very popular in Japan.Is an ENKA singer or J=pop singer? What was her major at Columbia University?

I don't necessarilly agree with all of of your analysis about buying real estate in Japan but it it contains a lot of good info about about buying real estate as an asset.
