For a visiting guest, I find Tokyo folks more apt to be polite and considerate of others. I used to think them as just busy and cold, but I eventually understand their shyness and private nature. Unfortunately, I am very saddened by younger people in Osaka, on not being courteous to old people especially in trains many times over. This might be a reflection of the younger generation even in other countries. Hopefully, the future Japanese generation would strive to uphold their beautiful virtues and culture. I hope the Japanese courtesy, honesty and integrity are values other countries might share.
