Why try switching uniforms to stop this crime? Why not just make all teen girls remain inside their home at all times? Problem solved!

Those rules required extra screening, such as full-body pat-downs, for everyone from, or traveling through, any of 14 countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen.

So the old rules allowed a Nigerian terrorist to board the plane with explosives. SO lets throw them out, and look for poeple matching the description after the fact. Brillaint, simply brilliant, now we will focus on 17 year old Muslim widows.

No one has asked what the kid was doing digging around an otherwise innocuous flower pot? Sweeping and decided to have a dig? I had some boring days in my youth, but never were they bad enough to get to the let me go snoop around the flower pot pastime.....

The circle of life works in strange ways don't it?....is this simply and tragically a young life prematurely ended, or did this act prevent a future child abuser or neglector or case of infanticide? All in the makers hands to decide. Sympathy to the family is the best I can offer.

Has suicide been ruled out? I mean according to the desperate living conditions described anything is possible?

Posted in: Mother arrested for killing daughter wrote of child's death on blog See in context

but rather than making life altering decisions when people are depressed or tired, they should go take a nap. Just a nap. Even if all the conditions that exist before the nap are still there, the nap might change your outlook or make you at least reconsider what you are doing. This woman pretty obviously was functional, but spiralled out of control.

You are not serious? When the screaming toddler has you at wits end you just go lie down and take a nice refreshing nap? Obviously you have never been in the child rearing arena.

Posted in: March is worst month for suicides of salaried workers See in context

March is the highest month for suicides for everyone. It is after the holidays of December, after the hope of a New Year fades away, resoultions have failed or been forgoten and the reality has hit home of it being just 1 more long year ahead. Too much for someone people to deal with.......quite simple really.

Posted in: Tokyo has one safety standard for U.S. beef and another for Toyota's cars and I am extremely tired of the imbalance. See in context

Well, they're his own safety standards, so why doesn't he change them if he doesn't like them?

Nut sure of the technical wording involved, but I would say its a safe bet to think gas pedals controlld by the operator input and brakes that stop the car are pretty simple safety standard concepts to wrap your arms around.

Sad, so freakining sad, its one thing to not want, to give away, to abandon, to mistreat, or otherwise not take care of your children regardless of how they were conceived........but to freeze them to death???? Horrendous, this simply transcends all the excuses being made for "...how hard it it to raise kids especially unwanted births" No excuse, find out who did it, and deal with them harshly
