Unfortunately as it stands the Hague disagrees strongly and with extreme penalties with women leaving abusive husband's and taking their children. It is absolutely reason Japan should not cooperate with Hague proceedings.

And you guys wonder why women just go home with the kids!

The law is an ass. Not fit for purpose.

If I read right, the poster is claiming he took the kids away from their mother and legal residence, and if she wants to be with them, she has to live with him. But he is being somehow magnanimous?

Truth is international marriages are just too risky.

So you took the children, by out playing her, and boast of how she is so alienated that she has low contact, and only through you? But that's ok, because you are a man.

If a woman had done the same not only would she be censured, but probably lept on in international proceedings.

Just how bad are they going to be this year! Take away the cheating by various means, and it's going to be interesting to watch the mighty Astros fall.

My little nephew really looked up to Bregman, loved getting his cards, following him. Even a kid can see what a bunch of baseball destroying losers this organization protects.

If this virus was tinkered with to splice HIV elements into it we would never be told anyway. I hope the doctors can help these poor people.

That article says it better than I can. I'm not personally affected, but know women who are.

The law is used to compel mother's to stay or return to dangerous situations, and pass their children to men who have been violent. Domestic violence is no longer an effective defence to taking your children to safety.

Its the children who should come first, and the fallacy that all fathers are safe to have contact with their children us dangerous to the children and their mothers.

I know nothing of these two men's personal situations. I didn't not agree with their lobbying to change the way things are.

Rose was a player. He played good clean hard baseball. His numbers say he should be there. Trying his best to win games, putting guys in he knew were hot, was his job! He wanted so desperately to win. Pete was not managing to bet to lose games He was raising the stakes of the game at risk to his own bank balance. Managers are always accused of over using good pitchers. Maddon is prone to it. It does not mean he is ineligible for Cooperstown!

Most hits, most singles. No peds. Pete deserves to be there as a player.

Ty Cobb is in the hall of fame, so the commish can drop the whole pretence that only good guys get to go.

The Astros are alleged to have cheated on the road too. I believe they did. They knew every pitch that was coming from Darvish in all those games. Even I could dang well hit it out the park if I knew an off speed pitch was heading my way.

"It’s also been determined the Astros’ cheating extended to road games, with director of advance information Tom Koch-Weser asserting Luhnow would

But everything started with Codebreaker, and the use of it to steal signs continued into 2018—not just at home, but also on the road."

Mothers in international marriages should not have to find it difficult to escape abuse and keep their children with them. The fathers use international law to continue to abuse their ex wives.

There's no way to tell if Darvish was off during that world series, the opposition were cheating, thus turning sneaky off speed stuff into meatballs.

Pete Rose needs to be in Cooperstown. Period. He never bet against his team, and look at how MLB is now pushing betting on baseball. What Pete did was unsavory, but did not affect the game. The Astros cheated their way to a ring, and multiple post seasons.

I feel really sorry for Darvish. His confidence took a blow, and he got very unfairly blamed. I hope he has a great season this year.

I recognize the whole labelling of being sensibly concerned as being a hysterical panic mongerer, who is probably insane, but absolutely unreasonable, from the dark days of Fukushima. Then it was all eat the tainted food, or else you are crazy, and unpatriotic. Now it's ignore all sensible precaution and don't dare worry, and get behind these infernal Olympic games.

Im sick of being told what is acceptable to think, or be concerned about.
