I think she should be given suspended jail term, because it is an obvious murder. Even if someone pointed out that she was diagnosed with insomnia and stress from taking care of her husband, there should have some the other way to solve the problem not the kill. The insomnia and stress are an excuse. Although her husband was suffering from dementia, it was not he wanted. The most important thing is that they were a couple and had been living together more than half life, I do not understand they promised each other for whole life and how can she did that in a moment?
