They call them losers. But I understand. They act strange and do weird things like calling your wife to tell her where you are.

Trinklets2, I think you deserve a gold medal. I can understand a foreign man married to a Japanese woman that long, but not a foreign woman married to a Japanese man that long. It just does not seem to work. They are probably better off asking for a slave.

Yup, Mao does not look happy. And Koreans do not seem to cry when they win, from what I can see in the picture.

Posted in: Toyota chief's U.S. testimony closely watched in Japan See in context

I believe the US has been fair in trying to get to the bottom of the problem. Toyota on the other hand, has been deceitful in the way the have handled the matter. The crisis has been created by themselves, not by the US or the customers. So, would they expect a picnic out of it? The matter is not over yet because there will be lawsuits.

Posted in: Japan hopes Toyoda can clear image, cool friction in Washington See in context

If the country gets up in arms when a foreigner does something to one of their Popo chans, why should not the US take corrective action to ensure the safety, not only of US citizens, but of the rest of World customers, who have been killed because of defective cars. This should be a concerted effort by all countries who import "Toyadas". I have 3 Toyadas but since they are old models, have no problems. Yes, I used to call them Toyotas. Now I call them ToYadas. (Yada=I do not like).
