My theories on the monkey attacks
It's actually one of the missing centenarians that's a bit wizened up and wearing a fur coat. The little person is a bit hungry so he/she's going for whatever meat is available.
Police should be stalking the local cosmetic surgery clinics in case the little bugger pulls an Ichihashi. Alternatively, they should be casing the local ferry terminals to Okinawa. Perhaps posters of the monkey dressed as a woman will help them find it.
