Shotgun perhaps...……….not good!

Unless the man left and came back with it, I highly doubt he used a shotgun. Kind of a large weapon to be slinging around in public without someone saying something.

@Toasted Heretic

You seem certain that Trump is a white supremacist, but are you close to him? Have you ever met and talked to him about his beliefs and has he ever said that white people should dominate others because they are "supposedly" superior to other races? Cause that's what a white supremacist would say. White supremacists also have deep hatred against Jewish people. It's kind of hard to connect Donald Trump to that line of thought.

So, by your way of thinking, anyone who doesn't view Trump as a racist, white supremacist is also a racist, (fill in the color) supremacist?

And I think the USA's reputation was destroyed a long time before Trump came along. Back when corporations and government agencies connected to the military pushed for b.s. wars all over the globe and untold numbers of people suffered and died horrible deaths.

Apparently from some commentators on JT, racism can only come from white people. Especially the white people who believe Donald J. Trump is helping make America great again. Funny though, cause I thought this is a website about Japan today and not America's past. Many people now (at least in the USA) have multiple ethnic backgrounds. So racism only persists if you keep talking about race (SJWs/Democrats anyone?).

Just another social justice warrior, busybody phrase used by people who want to sow discord and make others feel bad. Having an interest in another culture is a good thing because it brings people together.

Second, it's such a dark cloud that Northern European countries with socialism enjoy the highest quality of life and standards of living.

Wonder how much they enjoy the sky high taxes to pay for all their wonderful social programs.

And precisely what systems are you referring to PT? Reality check for you. The vast, and I do mean vast, majority of Trump supporters are NOT "alt right".

All you commentators talking about how this is because of Trump, and you don't even know if this is a TRUE story.

"Crap like this has to stop. People can make the claim all they want about "freedom" of speech, but broadcasting murder, in my opinion, is not a freedom of speech issue"

First off, I hate using JT's comment section. One of the worst designs out there.

Second, I remember a certain day in September of 2001 when the TV stations in my country, USA, played video footage, over and over again for days on end, of THOUSANDS of people getting murdered. No one back then made any attempt to silence those who choose to watch or distribute what happened that day. It's unbelievable how authoritarian NZ has become.

While I find this man's views to be disgusting, there is NO crime here.

There isnt a lucrative cocaine market in Japan.

If these were gram sized packets or larger, then it could have easily been lucrative. Some people use coke on a regular basis in Japan. 246 grams, likely over 8,000yen/gram and you're talking close to 2 million. Probably not his first time carrying and definitely not a good way to go out.

It's laughable that so many people seem to think it's a good idea to allow millions of people to pour into a country illegally. Mexico is a literal narco state. The depravity of these gangs is appalling. What they do is pure EVIL. Even all the resort areas Americans visit year after year for Spring break are run by the cartels.

Police are really going to spend time finding out where they got it? It's not rocket science. Go to Roppongi, talk to the Nigerians, exchange money. But seriously, these pot laws are asinine. 2020 is coming right around the corner and you better believe all sorts of people will be smoking up when they come visit for the Olympics. Oh and apparently Chinese-style censorship is in style now on this website.

How many 5 year old girls get raped and impregnated? Pretty sure 5 year olds can't ovulate.

Baloney wipeout. No one is arguing against people having sex. What people are arguing against is snuffing the life out of a tiny human being. Man up and woman up if you get pregnant or get someone pregnant. Also, killing a child is NOT a right. People who support abortion are mentally defective. And let's not mention the double standards that apply to women who choose to kill their babies. The father has no final say the kid lives or dies, but if momma wants to do the right thing and carry the child, guess who's on the hook for 18 years of child support.

Such a barbaric act that modern society allows to happen. I get the rape and incest arguments, but if you really don't want kids, why are you screwing someone without protection?

Alright! Finally my town (Oyama-cho) makes the news for something. But seriously, truckers here in Japan seemed very short tempered. Probably due to the insane overtime and irregular hours they work. Definitely not a great job for your mental and physical health.

I can't get my head around this. Non-citizens can buy property in other countries. All this does is create real estate bubbles in certain markets. Screwing over the locals who don't have the means to afford buying.

Why doesn't the US gov't just let everybody from every country in? No borders, no walls, no waiting to get in. No need to integrate and fit in with "current" population. It can be a big free for all. People can just take whatever they like, live where ever they want, and do what ever they want since the country will be for everyone. I mean, what could possibly go wrong with that?

Back in 2006, I got orders to work at the US Consulate in Lagos, Nigeria. We'd take over receiving calls from the operators after hours. Every single week there would be people calling us with stories just like this. They even had a very popular song back then called Yahooze by Olu Maintain talking about scamming people.

Men see scantly clad women and get sexually aroused. Kind of obvious, I know.

My daughters are in a dance group and recently had a performance. A LOT of the girls were dressing way to sexual in my opinion. Talked about this with the J-wife and she didn't seem too bothered by it. Keep in mind, I'm talking about elementary age kids here.

This is why I'm teaching my girls to fight. I want them to be ready and able to defend themselves if someone decides to touch them.
