The thing is , Japan is a satellite state to the United States, just like UK. Therefore they need to go visit with mother to plan their own defense. My Advice to Japan, Send JDF to take back your Islands from Russia, there is absolutely nothing Russia can do about it, because if they tried, big bad America would take care of them. Plus their conventional forces and navy are weak and cannot survive a JDF assault.
