Not disagreeing here, but when cyclists on the sidewalk hit pedestrians and ride off it's not hit and run?

Canadians everywhere are feeling this loss. Fan or not, every single one of us has Gord to thank for at least one special moment throughout our lives.

I'm glad my school has cameras in the classrooms. This teacher should be fired on the spot.

Sad, and probably avoidable. I have had to tell people to get out of the elevator before, so someone in a wheelchair could use it. I often see people who are too lazy to use the stairs, crowded in an elevator, while people who actually need it are stuck waiting.

Cameras on the train please! Women have women only cars on trains for protection, I would feel more comfortable knowing that a camera could prevent false accusations towards innocent men. I'm sure a false accusation has been the cause of someone being injured or even killed. Cameras would be best for everyone.

Yes! I was the victim of a hit and run last night!!! The woman that hit me was at least late 60s early 70s. I'm fine, but she looked me dead in the eyes and took off!

Posted in: Sony developing audio player that delivers music to you without putting a device in your ear See in context

I have been deaf in my left ear since birth, and I have never experienced full sound. That is until I bought a pair of Aftershokz Bluez 2, and now using bone conduction technology, I hear music, movies, and games in full surround sound! They don't go in your ears, and allows you to hear outside sounds as well. For anyone with a hearing impairment, technology like this is a miracle! I hope Sony uses the same tech!

WTF? I'm so disappointed in the justice system here. Why don't all those crazy bastards that "just want know what it's like to kill someone" find this guy! Win-win!

Posted in: Japan Tourism Agency surveys onsens over tattoo policy See in context

Tattoo bans are ridiculous! I fully understand where the ban comes from, but times change, and people need to change with them.I also know of beaches where tattoo bans are also present, and I know for a fact that these bans reflect negatively on the businesses and the Japanese image as a travel destination.
